Best diner in central Florida. Food portions are HUGEEEE! AND TASTE AMAZING. I brought my brother from Seattle and he could not believe how affordable the menu was. Service was great. I highly recommend. I will be returning over and over and over :)

A must for when I am in town visiting family. The breakfast is great, home cooked and a decent quantity for the price. I wish we had a place like this where I live in NY. Food and service are great and so are the prices. Definitely recommend for quick bite to eat.

The Staff is great, friendly and inviting. The restaurant is quite large, so seating is never an issue when dinning in. The food is priced a little high but the food portions are ridiculously big. The main con is the food is hit or miss depending on what you are ordering. I would definitely say give it a try, but it's not a restaurant that you would go to every week.

Huge portions for the prices. Nice, clean restaurant with great, friendly service. Their menu is diverse and has something for everyone. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's visiting the area from out of town like me. You won't be disappointed. I went in hungry and left happy.

We have been going here for a few years now and brought many friends with us. Even gave out gift certificates to friends. On Sunday we were VERY disappointed with the wait time. And yes it was busy. I called ahead and when we got there we were told it would be a few minutes. An hour later still waiting 😐 then finally called us after my husband went inside to see how much longer it would be.Once we got our order which the waitress mixed up several times. Our friends order had very QUESTIONABLE burnt ITEMS in his food along with my hashbrown casserole. We showed the owner and he took it back to take a closer look at it. Passed us quite a few times and not a word..NOT even an APOLOGY. NOT a good way to run a business!! It seems like the quality is not what it use to be 🤔

Food was hot and as ordered. First time here. Want to go back for one of his burgers. Someone else said to try one.

Amazing food at great prices. Service was fast and friendly. I was expecting normal portions and was happily surprised at the large amount of food that arrived. I had lunch and then dinner for later.😁

Well the breakfast of the person that I went there with was good mine was so so. My breakfast dish called for scrambled eggs soft over the grits with chance of ham and bacon but the scramble eggs look like an omelet. It appeal as one sheet that was well done over the grits so I wasn't very pleased about that. I will note however at that past visits to this establishment resulted in very good service and breakfast.

This was a true dining experience. The menu had great variety, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prompt attention to the customers and making sure everything was correct. The prices were reasonable and the food was very good.

Bring your appetite when eating here! The omelets are made with 4 eggs and the potato portions are huge. Couldn’t finish it at all. We were on vacation so had breakfast there several times. Each time the portions were huge and the service great. We had Jessica as our server and asked for her every time. She’s so personable - friendly, cheerful & attentive we just loved her. The only thing we would not recommend is the potato casserole, it’s a cheesy potato casserole which was made with an odd tasting cheese. Otherwise, everything there was awesome. Would highly recommend this place!

Loved this place. First time there. Nice environment. Excellent service. At least 4 staff wished us a good day as we left. Food was good too. Super big portions at a very good price. Waitress was prompt with our order and drinks. Wish I could add some stars on here for service. Thanks to all the staff at Big Tom's for a great experience!!!

Best restaurant in Winter Haven. Great food, generous portions, VERY reasonable prices, super friendly staff every time. I just had the best breakfast I think I've ever had... sirloin steak and eggs. Love Big Tom's!!

Two thumbs up Huge omelet and a ton of potatoes ,You cant eat it all for 6 bucks!! And wow is it good..Great friendly service..This is THE place to go best breakfast In town and quite possibly anywhere!

Had the big toms breakfast special. Comes with three eggs potatoes two bacon two sausage and a large piece of ham and to top it off one biscuit and gravy and I will tell you the biscuit and gravy was the best amazing

The food was fantastic and we had a minimal wait for a group of 18. We had a great time and were able to carry on conversations without outside noise interference. Will definitely return at as later date.

We went their Yesterday on Sunday for the first time and it was oh so good and we will definitely be back... My kids even loved it..

This place certainly fooled me from the look of it on the outside, LOL. Inside it was huge with tons of people and extremely clean and omg the smell was so amazing. I mean, any place that serves breakfast can smell great, but this place smelled SO delicious, the scent of bacon and waffles almost knocked me over with this deliciousness. The breakfast was huge and delicious? Service was excellent, 5 STARS

Service is always great. Everyone is polite and food is inexpensive and tasty. I love the crab cake meal the crab cakes were cooked perfectly crispy and flaky. Today im here for breakfast. I also love the decor of the restaurant the old time photos and the relaxed atmosphere. The menu has much range with lots of options. Big Toms is a great place to eat. Has been busy ever since it moved here!

Love Big Tom’s Diner! Big selection, small price. Most meals come with soup or salad, two sides and your entree. Sometimes the bring around hot breadsticks to your table. 98% of their meals are under $10. I prefer water with my meal and am in and out for like $7.50 before tip.

You know when you have to wait a couple of seconds to turn into the parking lot and there are people waiting outside, that you are in for a good experience. Today was our first experience at Big Tom’s Diner. We ordered Big Tom’s Breakfast (3 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon, choice of breakfast potatoes, biscuit and gravy) $8.99, a side of corned beef hash, $2.29, Great Eight ( 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes) $7.49. This is a huge amount of food but for the first time we wanted to sample as much as we could and we are taking leftovers home for yet another meal. The bacon and sausage were both very flavorful, the corned beef hash was grilled and crisp around the edges, the biscuit was quite fluffy and covered in a tasty sausage cream gravy. The pancakes were huge and fluffy. Our wait time to be seated was only 15 minutes or less and our server, food runner and busser were all very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner another time.

The food was pretty good and the service was as well. This place doesn't really do anything that separates it from any other diner but if all you're looking for is a good meal and this might be a good stop for you. The seating area is her very open and they were capable of seating 14 people on very short notice. The food came out fast and the servers kept the coffee coming. It's Good but it really doesn't have any well factor that has me saying I will come back over and over for this. It's definitely one of those places not if I don't know where to go at I happen to be close I would choose it. all in all I'm very satisfied with my experience there.

Staff is nice. Place is very popular. Make sure you get there early on Sunday or you will have to wait a while!

I have yet to find something on the menu I did not fall in love with. Friendly atmosphere, food is always hot, and portion size is perfect.

Good food, great prices, excellent service. It's always busy yet the food always comes quickly. Our only complaint is that they are heavy handed with the salt. Two separate visits yielded fish & chips batter that was almost too salty to eat, and chicken fried steak batter with the same problem. I understand the need to season food (I myself am a chef), but I can add salt at the table. Still, there is a large enough menu to visit again to try other items.

Quick service, delicious food and the coffee cup never got below half! I had the meat lover's omelet with hash browns and a pancake on the side. Large pancake! Large enough to share. Great place to go if you're in the Winter Haven area.

Always a delicious meal when my family and I go here. Great prices and a ton of food! I mean they give you the most bang for your buck. Never had any issues here and the staff is always friendly.

Fast,friendly fresh. People are awesome and very polite and attentive. Breakfast all day. Been once for breakfast, today for dinner.wont dissapoint. Food is awesome, servers even better. Family place for sure. You feel welcome and you feel like they know you.

Visited for the first time yesterday and the food and service were WONDERFUL! Very clean, could smell the disinfect which is very needed during this time of covid 19. Seating was every other table (social distancing). Definitely my favorite restaurant in Winter Haven! Reasonably priced to!

We loved it!!!! Have been by several times but never when we could check it out. There was a wait..not too bad. The menu is extensive...makes it so hard to decide..we live very far away..so don't know when we'll get back...had to pick the best😄. Hubby got the Monte Christo and I got blackened fish..both were super good. Veggies are truly my favorite and theirs were great..get the black eyed peas!! Will definitely be back whenever we can..found a new favorite in that area.

The prices are pretty great, they have big portions, and free breadsticks! But the downfall is that most of the food tastes like frozen food. We all eat frozen food but when going out to a restaurant it should be different, something good quality. I guess that’s how they keep such a large menu and all day breakfast. Usually pretty busy so the service is okay. Large elder crowd as well.

Food is priced correctly. Cheap price for cheap food. The menu being so big and serving breakfast all day is quite amazing.

Great place. Food is a very good value. I would like the home fries to have more seasoning. But I added salt and pepper and they were fine. The meat lovers omelet was great. I deducted 1 star because the bathrooms really needed attention.

Absolutely best breakfast I've ever had... Ever! Actually, best meal I've had in years! I don't have words to explain the deliciousness of the chicken fried chicken... SO GOOD! Go see for yourself!!!
